New to this forum
I'm just starting on the Schwarzbein Principle. I had been doing Atkins for about a year, and although I got pretty close to my goal weight, it just didn't feel quite right for me for the long term. My weight loss stalled, but what bothered me most was I felt like my metabolism was shutting down. I felt cold much of the time, was not eating many calories, very few carbs. Low carb was definitely better for me than low fat, but now I want balance, energy, strength.
