Feeling Dizzy
I've been doing the paleo thing for 24 hours, and I'm starting to feel lightheaded, soar all over my body, and REALLY THIRSTY. Also, I noticed I'm particularly uncoordinated (moreso than usual)... I was just at a meeting and instead of waving I threw my phone on the ground, and then later I walked into a pastry case What do you guys think? Suck down more salt? More fruit? More or less of something else? What say you?
