Tomorrow never comes. NOW is a good plan.

How about changing that to NOW meaning whenever I remember or think about exercise I will get up from whereever I am couch potatoeing (in front of the computer/ TV / with friends wotever) and do FIVE elbow-to-knee exercises. The add 5 Touch My Toes and Reach For the Sky.
For me it is the starting that is the stumbling block. Once I am started or have done my 2 mins worth I MAKE time somewhere along the way.
