Default Super easy Microwave Pepperjack Avocado Dip

I came up with this wanting an easy soup but it turned out more like a dip...still yummy. If anyone can think of a way for me to thin it out a bit let me know.

1/2 Avocado
1 oz Pepperjack Cheese
1 T sour cream

Scoop out the inside of a softer avocado in a microwavable bowl and mash it well. Next break the cheese into slightly smaller peices and add to the bowl. Add 1 T sour cream and mix. Microwave the mixture for 1.5-2 minutes and stir. I used it as a dip. Delicious!

Wow that sounds great!! What do you use to dip? I'm thinking pork rines would actually taste good with this. I'm gonna try it and let you know how it goes.

This sounds it will be almost like a guacamole dip for fresh veggies. If you wanted to get really fancy for serving to guests you could even put the dip back into the avacado skin half if intact.
