I've been back on Induction since Tuesday and have done remarkably well, I~ve managed not to be a reclus, have been to pubs for a drink (slimline tonic) and for the first time since Feb have been to the gym --not once but TWICE!!!!! shock!!!! Horror!!!!!
and do you know what? it's al down to you all for all your remaks/comments/support and advise for when I fell of the wagon big time! I reckon that when I fly off for my hoilday on 5 th Dec this year, I'm going to be a much happier bunny!
I measured myself and have lost 4.4 inches all over too!

Glad to see you giving low carb another try. Put the past two weeks behind you and focus on the new you. You have something to aim for, that holiday in December, so think of that before you put any non-Atkins food in your mouth.

keep up the good work!! you can and will gert there I too have had a lapse for 2 weeks and gained 15lbs I was gutted but with what I ate and drank I am suprised it wasnt more, but like you I have found the courage to say enough is enough lets get back to it!! I am going to the Blackpool meet and want the 15lbs of by then, Ive lost 6lbs of it already so 9lbs to go (fingers crossed!!)

Lynda, it is great to see you back posting again. Never mind the lapse you are back on those winning ways again. It should not be long before those 9 pounds go away. It just shows how easy it is to put on weight though and how we will always need to watch what we eat.

As Anne said, I'm going to India next month. We're doing a 2 week tour in the north and then have a week in Goa. My DH works with a girl who is from Kerala and she's told us that next time we go, we have to visit the south . I've always fancied the Maldives, we'll get there one of these days.
