This is behind the supplemental minerals I'm doing on my program: calcium, magnesium (which I've taken on and off for years) and potassium. A neat thing is how what I'm doing now has lowered the need for two vital supplements for mood. I've dropped many entirely, which is a very hopeful sign.
It seems that, like the Inuit, when we eat more carnivore, we don't need the RDA the way a plant eater does. Interesting!
I'm so low from a disastrous menopause and undiagnosed autism and the resultant stress and it all culminated in Lockdown. Which I managed in a fairly good mental state because I could actually rest from a lot of demand I couldn't meet.
But I was getting better much more slowly until I tried this new thing, which is a lot like the old thing but with the puzzling parts removed!
