Help me find a recipe I can use with these ingredients for Thanksgiving, please. TY!
Hello everyone! Hope you guys are ready for Thanksgiving. I am not quite there. I'm staying at my mom's for a few days, and we went shopping today for groceries. I had a lot of low carb items on my list. but there were a few items I couldn't get today. (I have these items at MY house, but won't be going home until the weekend.)
I'd like to make something----anything!---I can eat for dessert on this LC/HF woe for Thanksgiving. Can you guys help me find a recipe?
A lot of dessert recipes call for coconut flour, and I don't have any here. I also don't have vanilla extract. (Not too big of a deal). I don't have a container of granulated sugar free sweetener, nor a big bottle of a liquid sf sweetener. (I have the tiny little bottle).
But what I DO have are the following:
Flax meal
Almond meal
A TON of eggs
Unsweetened cocoa powder
About 20 packets of Splenda and one little bottle of liquid stevia
A ton of pecans and walnuts and pistachios
A brand new bottle of SF Strawberry syrup by Torani
A huge container of Ricotta
3 huge containers of plain Greek yogurt
About 2 lbs of butter
A pound of psyllium husks (like that Metamucil stuff, minus all of the extra ingredients).
An unopened jar of MTC Oil
Some Smucker's Natural PB
3 blocks of plain cream cheese
A box of Knox unflavored gelatin
Cocoa Butter (Fat bombs, anyone?)
Almond milk (unsweetened)
Milk - full fat (YUM)
2 pints of heavy whipping cream
Any ideas?
Only thing I can think of is a cheesecake with an almond meal crust. I just don't have any vanilla. Would the strawberry syrup work?
I like cheesecake, but was hoping for something else. Anything, really. Cookies. A pie. Milkshake/ice cream?
If anyone has any ideas or links to a recipe or two, I'm grateful!
Thank you so much. And everyone have a wonderful, safe, warm, and tummy satisfying holiday!
