Hello everyone still stuck at the same weight up or down 2-3lbs that I have been for 5 months...dont know what to do to get the scale going again. My only cheat day is Sunday dinner. Although than that I'm under 25 carbs a day and not even doing low carb snacks

My normal day...big breakfast 4 eggs bacon, sausage ham....dinner is protein only with Broccoli as a side maybe 2 times a week.

Hey KP.

Here's what I think are your two issues: (1) you're getting close to your goal weight, which is great! But the remaining excess fat will probably be harder to lose. (2) ...

If I had a weekly cheat meal, I'd probably gain, and definitely not be losing. What kind of cheat are we talking here? Can we eliminate this or make it LC-friendly?

The weekly cheat meal is carbs for sure but still no sugars or sweets...pizza...chicken parm a solid meal but carbs, however I always did the cheat dinner and was able to lose...now im stuck...I don't care about losing fast but I've been stuck around my current weight since July.

IMHO, I would do the following:

1. Stop the cheat day(s)

2. Go back to Atkins induction. If your intent is to lose and not maintain that should help. Maybe the cheat day worked in the past but now you have to try something else.

3. Increase your cardio by 20 minutes per day, first think in morning before eating any food.

4. Drink more water

5. Limit your sodium intake.
