I like basic 3.

I usually have a lot of trouble with vitamins, and I found that Basic 3, but only 2 of them, seems to be working with me very well.

I'm of the opinion that everyone in N. America should be taking a vitamin. Our soils are treated so badly and so depleted, I don't see how we can be getting what we need.

I have been taking the Basic 3 and Essential Oils for about 6 weeks now and I love them. I feel great and have had no trouble at all with them. The basic 3 does have the vitaminy taste to it, but thats with all vitamins...but usually magnesium makes me nauseous and this doesnt do that. It's definately worth a try.

Atkins' Basic 1 is good too (less of some things and slightly less cost). Bodyshaping multivitamin from www.nettrition.com contains a similar mix of supplements and a bottle sells for only $2.99. I take one Bodyshaping after breakfast and one Atkins #1 after dinner.

While I do not feel any different, I have avoided illness for the past year.

What does the Bodyshaping pill do ? Is it for body shaping our is it just a bacic multi vitamine? I will look for both today when I go to the heath food store.

IMHO - Atkins 3 or other "mega" multi-vitamin and omega 3 fatty acids should be the minimum taken by everyone.

I prefer the vitacost synergy line of multi-vitamin. Buy the most expensive you can afford.

Atmasters, what did you end up buying?

Bodyshaping is for both. It is a multi, but it also contains green tea, caffeine, and guarana. The idea is to effect thermogenesis and help promote fat loss as well. It's a nice pick-me-up along with breakfast. Like the Atkins supplements it also contains chromium to help increase insulin sensitivity.
