Hello to all you Calgarians!

I need help in two ways. First of all I would like some help on how to use this site. I left someone a message when my intent was to reach the "group" of ladies in Calgary. Just a short lesson on how threads and posts work would be appreciated.

As I mentioned I left a message somewhere looking for support. Would love to join any coffee group you have. My stall is starting to get to me. Need some uplifting words.

Well Pam, I can't help you with a coffee group in Calgary as I'm in Vancouver, but I can help with uplifting words...or try to!

You can do it Pam! Even if the pounds aren't rapidly melting off, you're likely feeling great and may see inches lost before the pounds catch up. I've hit a bit of a plateau but I know that going back to carby stuff is not got to make me feel any better (sugar rush headache, bloated, etc.) so I just keep LCing and keeping an eye on what I'm eating to make sure I'm not falling back into old habits.

We have not set up the next coffee group meeting yet. Watch this forum, and we should set up one soon. We are all very busy so we don't seem to meet until every couple of months.

However, anybody in Calgary can arrange a place and time and post it here and hopefully most folks will be able to meet up.

I set up the last get together and lately I have been incredibly busy and I have hardly had time to check into the low carb site, let alone arrange a get together. Usually we meet in a central location, like Kensington. If you would like to arrange for a get together, go for it!! Feel free to PM or email me anytime.
