I figure I'll start a gym log, this may help me Up my workouts and keep me on my toes!

I workout at the gym M-W-F
Home T-Th
Off days are Saturday and Sunday.

So....

Yesterday at the gym I did-
Recombent 20 minutes on Fat burning Uphill, level, down some, Uphill, Down etc
Circuit board- 14 machines
1 mile Race walk with weights, split up with Running
Circuit board- 14 machines
then another 6 machines working on Abs, thighs, and glutes
Recombent 20 minutes on Fat burning Uphill, level, down some, Uphill, Down etc.

Then I came home cleaned, did a load of laundry does that count too? LOL

3/25/04-

Got a Pediometer so now I can track steps and calories burned from it.
Yesterday I got in a long walk, before I bought the Pediometer.... so I will definatly use it tonight!

Major gym workout tonight I will do a Report on it tomorrow. It will look like in my Gym journal that I am off a day, since I workout at night I post my workouts the next day!

March 28-3004

I ran 3/4 mile this morning! it was beautiful outside, just me and all of nature waking up!
It will be raining for most of this week, so looks like I will run at the gym with my normal workout. I love the gym!!

Oh I also got new clothes to workout in, well not new, it's stuff from Goodwill but it's all awesome stuff, shorts, capis, a few tops!

What would be nice to see is if I workout more... burning more maybe my body will let me take in a bit more calories.. I mean 1200 is fine... but cusioning would be nice! LOL
I'll Be back tomorrow morning to let you know how tonights workout goes!!

Well didn't make it to the Gym last night. Maybe I will make it for a run tonight or tomorrow morning. I will probably workout tonight when I get back from Tanning. I need to do something! LOL

Heading to the gym tonight!!! I'll gobble down my Chicken salad before I go. Need a few carbs. I am going to do a run to start not the bikes!! I will resist and easy workout and go more cardio!!!

Get ready Legs! I'll let you know in the morning how it went!

I did it!! I did it!!!



I ran a mile at the Gym!!!! In under 10 minutes! About 8 minutes. I am proud.



After I finished the Circuit for the 2nd time I ran for ½ mile!!!



I had them mark my file that today I reached a milestone

Good Morning.
Last night I did
1 mile run in 8 minutes
circuit board 2x's (moved weights up since its monday)
ran ½ mile
finished with 5 other machines

I was so tired, it was hard to keep going but I did it. Hopefully Wednesdays will be better

circuit board 2 times
½mile run
finished with other machines

had to force myself though. Energy levels have been low since TOM. Wndering about my iron...

Been awhile since I posted. Here is my typical workouts per week
Monday/Wednesday/Friday- Gym
14 machine curcuit, 3x's around
7 additional machines for abs/thighs/gluts
.5 mile run/walk
once a week I work on "Slow Burn"

Tuesday/Thursday
Pilates 22 minute 3x for an hour workout.

Once on the weekend I bike ride or Roller skate for Cardio

Trying to build muscle I am fairly well toned from lifting weights.

Wednesday workout-

Curcuit board (14 machines) 3x
7 other machines (slow burn/mix)
walked /ran .5 mile
walked another .5

Tonight will be Pilates after I get the LAwned mowed, working for 3x on the DVD

Eliptical trainer 1 mile (6 min)

Later I may Skate/ bike ride or go for a walk
