Bacon and eggs (2 eggs, 3 pieces of bacon). Yesterday it was eggs and bacon. I think I prefer bacon and eggs.

same thing every day. 3 eggs, put on a dinner plate, pop the yolk, then nuke for 2 minutes Then add some shredded cheddar cheese on top an nuke for another minute. Boring but easy

2 scrambled eggs with smokehouse cheddar cheese, 1/2 link fried smoked sausage and 1/2 an avocado drizzled with lemon juice and salt

Started making green shakes to replace half caff and HC (more of a winter thing)... crushed ice, cold mint green tea, mint extract, sweetener, a tad of HC and handful of fresh spinach, blended frappe style. I put a dollop of whipped cream on top.

Today was coconut nog- coconut milk, a beaten egg, cinnamon, sf vanilla torani, a little butter extract and sea salt

Snacked on full pumpkin seeds and a couple of sparkling waters (one watermelon and one peach pear)

They're really refreshing! Today's brekkie is the ususal for a work day: Kristine's breakfast "sandwiches" - 2 fried eggs as "bread" and sausage and cheddar inside.

I love your breakfast beverages - will copy this one too - sounds so good.

Those sandwiches always sound good to me, too.

Today is a pumpkin pie smoothie (no I'm not ready for fall, pumpkin is a year round favorite for me ).
Snack was wasabi almonds and peach iced tea.
