Default Low Carb yogurt? ok on induction?

Ok well i feel off the wagon for about 5 months ( horrible I know). anyway i find it hard to find stuff to eat lunch. so i was hoping i could have these yes or no?

If it's not on the ok foods list, then no. The yogurt is good, but it can trigger cravings in alot of people because of the sweetness if nothing else. Maybe save it for a treat to celebrate making it through the 2 week period and then saving it for a special treat at that time.

I didn't have LC yogurt till I started OWL and even then it stalled me.

If you're still doing Induction, I'd wait.
