I've been on Atkins for almost a month now, and in the past week I've started working out every night. 30 mins gym (treadmill, bike, rowing machine and weights) plus a 30 min swim (half swimming, half kind of make-y uppery type water aerobics lol)

I'm really enjoying it, it's actually my favourite part of the day.

I do have some questions though - (I have a lot of weight to lose) Will doing weights make me bulky?

What advice can people give me on doing weights, and exercise in general?

I want lean muscles, I don't want to look like a body builder!

Generally I use 1 - 2 kilo weights with my arm exercises (I use a weights machine) and use 3 - 4 kilo weights when I do leg presses (I do 60 of them in a row. Is this too much/too little? I'm not sure what the official name for them is, but it's where I'm sitting down and I push a foot rest away from me)
