Default Beara's Anytime Workout

So to catch up to where I am today....
1 hour on the elliptical 1/11. Didn't think I could even do ten minutes....in fact I wanted to quit after 3 minutes. But I looked to Him and powered through. I just kept doing 3 more minutes and 3 more minutes.

30min on the elliptical 1/16 and my consult which included lots of squats, lunges, and wall pushups. Very sore the next morning, but more to go!

1hr session with my trainer for the very first time! 1/17. I am VERY sore already. Its hard to sit and stand....and walk and breathe lol But I am determined to keep trying. I may not be able to if I continue to be this sore. I do also still have to go to work.

Im nervous about the soreness but very encouraged by my trainer. I also had no idea my body could even do this!

Im excited.

Default Ugh...

So I hurt so much I almost had to call into work today So I cancelled my session for tomorrow morning. Have to listen to my body. Also, Sunday is my busiest day of the week at work and I CANNOT be hurting this much for Sunday. So my next session is on Monday and Im not cancelling that one. I have to keep giving it a chance so I can see if I can handle it. If I am this sore after Monday, I may have to rethink things.

So no gym today, but lots of stretching.

Training Session today with Alisia.

It went really well! I feel awesome today, tired, but awesome. So I am stoked to see how I feel tomorrow.

I did the rowing machine, bike, and elliptical and 3 rounds of burpees, cleans, deadlift, pushups, and rows. Im really excited to be able to do all of these things.

Heres to hoping for tomorrow!

I did have to cancel that appointment, but I made todays. It was a rough one, but I did go and for now that is the important part. My next goal is to make sure I am hitting at least three times a week. Im gonna ask my trainer what would be the best thing for me to do in between my training sessions.
