OH, THIS explains my gut emptying out today!:

:VERY encouraged I could tolerate eating some raw greens and also a little coconut oil. That shows healing of my gut.
Maybe I spoke too soon! LOL But it could also be die off from having eaten gluten and chips etc. and then going back on program.

Mother's Day is coming up soon. I miss my late Mom. I love you Mom! Hopefully she can see me from heaven........She was very healthy btw, used supplements and ate raw broccolli, studied vitamins, we had the organic lamb with whole garlic roasted in, healthy veggies, she would eat salads and so on, took great care of herself for many many years. She listened to Dr. Mercola.
When I was a young girl we ate the typical American diet. We had the pie and cake for dessert and pancakes with home made 'burnt sugar' syrup. Margerine was supposed to be healthier for you, but I think we still used butter.
I developed sugar/food addictions as I got older and have struggled with it most of my life. I remember being 13 or 14 years old and trying the "Sego" and Metrical shakes-full of sugar I'm sure and who knows what......We didn't know any better.
