Default AMAZING sweet snack--- GUILT FREE!!

Hey guys! I was just experimenting today with my egg recipe, and I stumbled upon something that is absolutely delicious-- wanted to share it with you. (This will be of especial interest if you like pumpkin pie!)

So I made something that tastes exactly like pumpkin pie, without the carbs or calories. Here's what I mixed:

-12tbsp of egg white (I buy the kind in the carton, 12 tbsp = 100 calories)
-ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon (no real measurements, I just threw a BUNCH in, but I like things to taste strong)
-1 pkt splenda
-1tbsp sugar free vanilla syrup (i'm not sure this is necessary though)
-1oz of Sour Cream

Then, mix the ingredients together really well, until the egg white mixture is bubbly. Cook in a pan as you would a crepe or omlette (don't overcook though, because the moisture adds to the flavor I think).
Then, refrigerate for a few hours (this part is important, I tasted it right when finished cooking and a few hours later, and after it was cold, you couldn't even tell it was eggs).
I cut the crepe-like thing into strips and rolled them up, putting a toothpick through each one to make mini-danishes that I could keep in the fridge.

I don't know if anyone else will like it, but try it if you really need something sweet and also if you love pumpkin pie seasonings.

when you say "egg whites' do you mean egg beaters? If not, where can I buy them? What is the brand name? Do you know if they sell them at Genuardi's or Acme? Sorry to bombard you with questions, but that sound good!

In the egg section in my grocery store, or at least near the eggs an dairy and such, there are liquid egg whites that come already separated, in a carton (much like the cartons of cream). I have two kinds at the moment (just checked my fridge ) and they are called: "Simply Egg Whites" and "EggCeptions" .

That sounds good, especially if you spread splenda sweetened cream cheese in the middle before rolling them up *salivates*
