Unhappy Need support - stalled and frustrated!

I've been doing Atkins since july with a lot of success. Ive moved onto OWL after 2 weeks induction and continued losing weight fairly consistantly until about 5 weeks ago. I stalled at 162 and then went on a vacation and gained about 3 pounds, got back sunday and despite staying on plan my weight is still up. I have never officially "cheated" - only eaten out and questioned what might have been in the food. I love this woe but have been frustrated by my lack of progress despite sticking with plan, vits, water, vegs, etc. I dont know what I expect, and I know I am close to my goal (i am 5'10) but I am just getting frustrated with myself, since things have been so easy for me the whole time. Now, I am officially stalled - no inches or weight in more than 4 weeks, and a little gain. I guess I'd just like someones comments, suggestions and experience to help me get through this. I have no ideas of abandoning this wol but I need some support - please help!

Firstly stick with it, it has gotten you this far.

Secondly I always see people saying up your water intake, and just my suggestion, what about a reinduction, and watch what happens when you reintroduce foods back in the proper order?

I know where you are coming from! I have been stalled for 3 weeks and it just gets depressing. All I can say is up your water, try another strict induction, and finally make sure you exercise. Challenge yourself with weights or a more intense cardio w/ resistance training. Finally if all that fails I do a fat fast. I am doing it right now and I HATE it, but sometimes it's all that will break my stall!

Ok i was stalled at 180 for close to a month, and the only thing that did it for me was a planned cheat. I had planned this cheat months ago, it was our 1 year wedding anniversary.

After that about 3 days later i lost 2 pounds and 1/2 inch on each thiegh.

just what worked for me.
