Default Some garcinia info...

I in no way watch (or really condone) Dr. Oz, but for those of you interested in learning what garcinia cambogia has been shown to do long before he ever mentioned it, here are a few snippets from my reference book here at work:

"Citrin is a trademarked name for a standardized herbal extract from the fruit garcinia cambogia, also known as Indian berry. Tests have shown it to be a safe and effective method of inhibiting the synthesis of fatty acids in the liver, promoting the burning of body fat as fuel [sound familiar?], and suppressing the appetite."

and

"Not only does it [garcinia] supress hunger, but it also helps to prevent the body from turning carbohydrate calories into fat by inhibiting the action of an enzyme called ATP-citrate lyase."

I lucked out on a free bottle of a reputable product with a combo of garcinia and chromium, so I figured I'd give it a shot (definitely can't hurt)...also thought everyone might like the extra info!
