Default Hydroxycut and insulin????

I have a question regarding Hydroxycut and other such supplements. Does anyone know if these increase insulin levels? It seems like it would since most contain caffeinne and are stimulants. Also I am unsure how this site really works. I am sending messages by clicking on new threads but how do I respond to people and how long do we have to respond after the message is done? I know I have numerous questions and I appreciate your help. Thanks!!!

Hi - I can't help you on hydroxycut, never heard of it, but if it contains caffeine then it probably does stimulate insulin production.

If you want to respond to a message already on the forum then just click post reply, next to new thread, and your answer will go underneath the previous one.

I don't think there is a timelimit in which to respond. You will find that as more people post questions then your thread will move downwards. You can find posts by yourself or others or those on given subjects by using the search facility found at the top of this forum with the world globe.

OK if I did that right you sould get to a really good string on ECA stacks.
I have gone through, and it had a tone of good info. Also I have been taking Hydroxycut for about 3 months now and I have been loosing pretty well. One thing I would put in is that there is no replacement for eating right and working out

Hope that helped
Dave
