My experience bears this out. I had lost 100 pounds before I did any exercise. Now I walk every day. It is my food choices not the amount of exercise I get that allows me to maintain my weight loss. I exercise for fitness not weight loss.

You have to have energy to exercise. I never did. I am sure I will do more when I keep getting better, but right now, I just look like I do

I did some googling about NOOM (actualy StartPage since it doesn't track you).

It seems to me you are compromising privacy by using NOOM which sells your data to buyers and shares it with google.

These are things that are important to and identity thief.

I wouldn't use it myself.
