ended up making, I put 1 TB .. so I guess a little less, did not mind they were sweet enough for me

I really liked. I doubled the recipe and made 9, 3 per serving.
I froze 2 serving and ate 3 of the cookies warm right out of the oven. They really were yummy and would def make again.
thanks for posting this recipe!

just wanted to share pic of the ones I made today
I double recipe, then get 8-9 cookies out of that.. I make them smaller.. I don't want as much per serving. I freeze them in 2s
And for the dash thing, I do 1/4 tsp

These are AWESOME!!!!! I am really impressed and can't wait to try different variations.

One thing....I doubled the recipe to make 6 cookies so as not to waste half an egg. (I won't be tempted - too much - to eat all of them at once. ). But they all ran together on the pan. Was it that my oven was not hot enough (used my toaster oven since summer and it was small amount.) Or did I maybe not use enough baking powder and cream of tarter (no specific amounts given and I'm not a baker - just follow recipes). They turned out MUCH thinner than the ones in the photos, though still VERY delicious!

ETA: Another thought...maybe 1 egg is still too much for doubling the recipe since the original calls for 1/4 - 1/2???

Any advice is much appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks for the recipe!

I changed only one thing , i used Natvia sweetener instead. I am so used to the taste of it , it tastes just like sugar.

I figured these out! I again doubled the recipe, used a heaping 1/2 cup of almond flour, added a bit more cream of tarter and baking powder and used 3/4 of an egg. Worked beautifully.

I made three different cookies out of the batch - I put 1 chopped square of Lindt 85% dark choco in two of them, 1 tsp of cocoa in two of them, and dabbed sf strawberry jam on two of them. They look and taste delicious! Holiday cookies!!!!

Thanks so much for the recipe!!!

ETA: I think next time I will try mixing in some lc pb in a couple of them. Not sure if anyone had suggested that.

I am definitely going to try these, without any sweetener.. They look such a nice consistency - I love vanilla, but I'll probably end up making them almond flavour, or spiced. Thanks for posting this.
