Tofu 'Tater Salad'

I tried the tofu and cheese 'macaroni and cheese recipe' and made a discovery today..I had a quarter of it left, so tried adding a spicy mayonnaise, basil, jalapeno Tabasco, yogurt and chives. Instant potato salad! Wonderful.

And by the way, I think it is better to use a sharper grated cheese than plain cheddar in the original recipe which I found to be a tad bland.
