I enjoy going to chinese and indian restaurants. Of course rice, noodles, nan bread, etc are out. Don't go for sweet and sour or dishes that are fried in batter. Most curry sauces are relatively low carb, chinese are mixed. If you are in doubt you can always ask them not to add any sugar. Use a vegetable dish instead of rice.

Enjoy.

When I have take-away I have,
Chinese=any foo yung dishes
Indian=tandoori meat, tikka meat or balti
Other=chicken or lamb kebab with salad no pitta
I have had 1 take-away every Sunday and still loose. Good luck.

Most Indian restaurants sell Omelettes, this I think could make a good change from rice or Nann Breads. I would be interested in what you lot think.
