guys i'd like the recipe on french toast with the rinds. can you help? thanks, and also can i have them during induction, and if so how many carbs aserving....

Not sure which one you mean, but have you tried the search function? Just click on the little globe icon at the top of the page, then search for french toast. Choose to search the recipes section only, instead of the whole board. HTH.
