I do my best to stay in ketosis, and Im more "lacto-paleo" but the dairy I do eat is usually super fatty and really low carb/protein. Full fat cream, butter, cream cheese, sour cream, etc. Any way, I get tons of fat from coconut oil/milk as well, and coconut makes a decent replacement for dairy if you think youre dairy sensitive.
If you are trying the keto diet, be sure to check urine ketones after meals with lots of protein. Any more than 120g protein will take me out of ketosis, and any more than anout 35g carbs do the same thing to me.
