She is smoking! Unfortunately she is pushing a joke of a product. If a woman takes <insert silly drug name here> then poof they lose weight and look like her. We both know she probably is a gym-ahaulic to have a bod like that.

I think some people are just lucky to a certain extent when it comes to their body. Not to her degree though, takes a lot of work to look like that. If you didn't have to work and could workout for a living and had the dedication, I imagine anyone could have a smoking body.

Rony Coleman

I don't think he has a regular job, except lifting and competing.

Probably a lot of protein powder. I'd be curious about the diet.

Weight lifting does take time. It is probably a full time job.

Default Well, not completely natural!

I may look into the Fahrenheit. Might help. I think I had seen that print ad in a magazine before . It's nice to see women with muscles, instead of the typical model with no definition and weak looking.

The Oxygen mag. sounds good too. I have been enjoying lifting weights and the muscle tone.

be aware that most Fat burners will up your Blood pressure and are not safe if you already have high Bloodpressure!!!!

There is no easy way out. If you want to become lean and sculpted like that, you have to work hard for it. Oh and Abs are not made in the gym but in the kitchen. You need to be eating totally clean and train hard to achieve these results.

Default genetically disposed helps also

She must work her butt off. To look like that you need to.

Good abs are both exercise AND diet.

I personally have great readings (tested for everything for life insurance.) Blood pressure is excellent! I don't understand why someone with high blood pressure who endanger their bodies anyway? It doesn't make sense.

hey galatia !

no, I wasn't kiddin lol I really thought at first she was using steroids, looking at the contests pics !

But that's because, in my mind, almost every pro is using steroids.
We can't deny a lot of them use stero, can we?

(I'm not saying it's bad or whatever.. )

At one point, I don't see why some pros would work sooo hard to stay natural whereas their competitors take winnie or whatever stuff and get so much faster and greater results...

Galatia, I'm happy you're here, simple question :
have you ever been tempted to use stero? ( don't know if we can talk about this here !! sorry if not I'll stop)

and another question that will probably interest athena too : which fat burner is the best for women (legal stuff lol).

thanks !

Hi Marie.

No, we can't deny that. The pictures of this woman look much more like fitness model quality and not bodybuilder. I didn't look at all her pictures however so I might have missed what you are talking about. I agree she looks really good, but it would NEVER cross my mind she uses any steroids.

I do understand the mindset of women who decide to use them. For women it takes very little to make a big difference and they can take it by mouth, unlike men who, I believe have to inject it. I'm repeating what I've read, so I hope no one wants to take issue with this.

There was a show running on the TLC called "Supersize She." It was a documentary about a female bodybuilder from England who admittedly used steroids. I think they compete in competitions with other users. Natural bodybuilders compete in Natural competitions and are tested.

Thank-you. No I've never been tempted to use steroids. I know me too well. I could never stop once I started. I'd never be happy with what I could achieve without them once I started using. And I'm scared to death of it. I'm not that knowledgeable about them, but for me it would be an addiction.....and I don't want to be addicted to ANYTHING! I did have a work-out partner once who kept trying to talk me into it, but I never once considered it. It's a very simple decision for me, NO.

The only thing I've ever heard was worth it's salt is Ephedra/Ephedrine, usually used with aspirin and caffeine. It's in Primatene, but I think it legal again now, so it'll probably go back to being in supplements meant for weight loss. I can't use that either. I tried but it gave me really weird headaches, that made me think I was going to have a stroke. So now I've resolved myself to the fact that I will lose my body fat through diet and exercise.
