Default Caved to cravings

Good Sunday Morning. I have been going through a TON of stress lately and have managed to stick to plan except for a couple of low carb beers (no more than one a day usually less) Except today. I needed something sweet to go with my coffee. I bought a tiny sugar free apple pie at our bakery and ate it this morning with my coffee. According to the label after I take out the sugar alcohol it will amount to 31 carbs. I decided to savor it, enjoy it, and not beat myself up about it since I am sure my body will be letting me know what a mistake it was later when the sugar alcohols kick in . Anyway, the rest of the day I will be eating only roasted turkey (I have one in the oven now) and salad with lots of water. I am hoping my body will not reject me too much!
