Well .... I can't say whether hoodia is "supposed" to cure psychological cravings -- it's just my gut feeling that the only way to control those is through a lot of hard work!

I suppose there are mind-altering drugs (such as Prozac) that can change your mental processes, but hopefully hoodia doesn't do any of that -- if it did, it would probably be available via prescription only. I've been considering it a very simple appetite suppressant, nothing more --which means a higher saftey margin (IMO).

P.S. -- I'm down to 130.5 pounds -- 1/2 pound from my goal -- this last pound has been slow coming off.....

Thanks Bonnie, and congrats on being so close to your goal. It must be so exciting!
The last bit of my post was said with irony intended. If only there was a magic pill, we wouldn't all be in this forum right? NO, I fully understand that this WOE takes committment and dedication and I am taking this supplement for a little help. I was inspired by how it has been working for many of you on this thread.

Hey all---
I have bought Hoodia in Feb but didn't get to take it that much since I went to Floirdia for 2 weeks. I am trying to used relacore and Hoodia. Ia m hoping relacore will help with my stress!!! I need it I am trying to keep my cals low so I am hoping the hoodia will help with that!

I ahve a question though what is the difference between hoodia and something like hyrdoxycut (no caffenine)? I just don't understand how they work. Doesn't one burn fat and make the metaoblism rev up?
