jumping jacks
squats
lat rows
shoulder presses
bicep curls
That's already done, so now (as soon as my daughter goes to sleep for her nap) I'm going to hop on my exercise bike. Going to shoot for 1 hour (approx. 20 miles).
Thursday - no workout
Friday - Hard weight workout and jumping jacks
Saturday - walking 1 hour
Sunday - push ups, sit ups, 1 mile timed run. Getting ready to do a physical abilities test for pre-employment.
