I've got some vitamins in my cupboard, I may take one every other week or so. Quite frankly, whats the point??? Just more junk given to us by manufacturers trying to make money. Food - especially unprocessed foods have all our needs

I take magnesium because the soil is deficient so it doesn't get into our food.

I take Vitamin D3 because we lose our ability to make it from sunshine as we age, and I live in the Great White North.

I take a lot of Vitamin C because it helps me recover from the new construction in my office, which led to formaldehyde poisoning!

I take kelp/spirulina because I use sea salt for the trace minerals and the good taste and want to make sure I get my iodine.

I take NAC as a super-antioxidant before bed, because I ate junk for a looooooooong time and I'm sure my body could use the extra help.

I take arctic root because it is a popular herb in Scandinavian countries for getting through long, cold, dark winters.

I was skeptical of supplements, until I started trying different ones... and felt the difference they made to my mood and well-being. I've let many of them go now that I've reaped the benefit and feel my body is on an even keel. And I'm open to new ones.
