I found it's just what I needed to cure low stomach acid that led to heartburn, belching, indigestion and even reflux. I aim to drink it twice a day now: 1.5 Tbs in a glass of water. The brand I use is Eden ACV. http://www.edenfoods.com/store/prod...ducts_id=103480

Looks like you've found a good one there! I shall go and get some similar stuff today: it's made by a biodynamic farming organization and is unpasteurized and all that jazz.

I suspect I may also have low stomach acid which prevents me from absorbing magnesium well. At any rate, I am going to try it again, just for general health purposes. It'll also be going in our regular salad dressing, too, so the whole family will benefit!

I don't get the problems you mention, fortunately, but my Dad and his missus do, so I'll pass on the tip to them as well.

Thanks for posting your positive experiences!
