It sounds like you had a wonderful holiday. We had a good weekend in barcelona doing salsa but it does'nt have quite the same sound !

I have only put on a pound though I'm struggling with getting back on induction as half term this week though am back to my usual 30-40g carb. Induction next week as i do want to lose at least half a stone before chrismas
