Dr. Davis & magnesium
Hi. Dennis here. I was reading Dr. William Davis' open letter to Tom Hanks
http://www.wheatbellyblog.com/2013/...nt-be-diabetic/
Anyway he recomends Mag. malate 1200 mg twice daily I think. Here are his words -- "I advocate magnesium malate, 1200 mg, twice per day."
I think he's saying taking 1200 two times a day not 1200mg divided into two.
I've been taking 1000mg once daily but 2400 mg sounds like a lot -- do any of you routinely take that much?
Also he recommends 6000 units of Vit. D3. I assume he means the IU number when he says units. Anyone following his recommendations?
