Default Update on sleep study

So...I wake up 30 times per hour on average..high being 48 times, low being 23 times. NOt all those times are apnea events though...which is good. And my blood oxygen didn't go down too low...which is also good.

The interesting thing for us fibromytes: there was absolutely no alpha wave intrusion...not once. I was really surprised by this. If I understand fibro right, then theorectically with the gluten free diet and getting a CPAP machine, (and Vit D if I need it), I may be able to free myself of the fibro pain.

YAY! (hope springs eternal)

Getting a good night sleep will probably allow your body to better care for itself and eliminate all types of physical, mental and emotional "pains." Sleep, by design, is how our bodies recharge themselves. If you are lacking quantity or quality in your sleep, your body lacks the ability to fully recharge.

Good luck!
