I think crab legs take more calories and energy to eat than you get from them.
Tonight had baby back ribs with water.

I am exhausted. I awoke in the middle of the night to thunderstorms despite the closed windows. I couldn't get back to sleep because my mind was racing. It is the start of the semester and I am teaching new material and going to new floors at the hospital.

I know what you mean Vicki. I confess I hated new student day when I was working. Everything was always behind schedule and when there more work then one could handle it was very stressful for everyone. But good luck anyway

Well it looks like our kids are going to start on the 3rd. Where has the summer gone? Been doing pretty well with my eating plan. Going to have Roast and salad for dinner tonight. Had BPC and Cottage Cheese for breakfast. Finally getting my appetite under control. Hope to lose a little by the holiday season. I hope everyone has a good week, and school won't be too stressful Vicki. It has to be a nightmare for instructors.

I was down 42.2 lbs, yipee. And, school is going ok so far. I love BPC. I just put a tsp of butter and CO in mine along with 1 TBS HWC.

I'm a peanut butter addict (LOL). Tonight we had LC Meatloaf, mashed Cauliflower, and Green Beans. For Dessert we had LC Cheese Cake Mousse. I hope I spelled that right. I haven't weighed myself in a while. I do the clothing test. See how everything fits

I only weigh once a month. Works for me so far anyways. Weatherman said from sweating to sweaters in 12 hours, YEA.

Your menu sound yummy. I haven't made meatloaf in a long time.

I use crushed Pork Rinds instead of breadcrumbs. I also use Walden Farms Catsup.

I use pork rinds for many different dishes.
They are a great substitute.

I tried crushed pork rinds on chicken strips a ways back and thought it was a good replication of KFC.
