Default Shakes

Hey,

Sorry if this has been canvassed before - I'm new!

Just wanted to say, please don't waste your money on the Atkins vanilla shakes that are being touted by GNC. I like to think of myself as having very broad tastes when it comes to food, and this is just inedible!

Does anyone know of any shakes that are better? I'm hanging for something milky...

Since starting full time work I don't have time for my usual bacon eggs etc, and start the day with my blender and greek yogurt / water / a freshly squeezed orange with as much of the pulp as I can scrape out. It's good with some water from kettle as it goes down smoothly like a sort of soup! Basically it's what the turks have been drinking for millenia and I never saw a fat rural-living turk when I was over there!

Cheers
