Default My kingdom for a cigarette!!

I have been without a cigarette for nearly 3 weeks. (Oh, and I'm new here) I look at other smokers with envy...and to be perfectly honest, I feel resentful at not being able to have one. Even though I know it's better for me.

Besides not being able to smoke, I'm also trying to lose some weight. TEN POUNDS that just LOVES my body and refuses to budge. So, I also can't have chocolate or cookies or anything like that unless I want to blow up even bigger.

Just venting. I thought that it would get easier to live without cigarettes and I guess it has...I just really miss smoking! I'm really not even sure why I miss it, it is dirty and nasty and stinky and all of that but I MISS IT!

Congrats on quitting smoking !!!!!!! Yes it is such a hard thing to quit. I know first hand. Now being able to tell the difference between the hunger pangs and the fake wanna a ciggy pangs is a tough thing to master also. Up the water and exercise to keep busy. Wishing you the best.
