Default Dizzy spells and chest pains

Has anyone else had dizzy spells and chest pains in the early stages of quitting. I feel kind of "watery" headed right now and last night I kept having sharp pains on the right side of my chest. I think I'm having panic attacks. Today is my second day and I'm 30 years old.

Hiya's Carla. I am a new Quitter too. 10 days now. I had alot of dizzy spells and chest tightness. Drove me batty. The doctor told me it's very normal but that with things like that it's allways a safe bet to tell a doctor. I am 32, and panic attack is sortof how I felt day 1-6. I been keeping a journal of bad habbits I quit so my children can read what I went threw one day. Man, the journal of when I quit drinking still amazes me,lol.

Best of luck. This is a tough one to beat

I had shortness of breath and slight headaches. I made a doctors appointment and he said it was normal, he did perscribe the Advair inhailer; and I used this for about a month before I started to feel normal again.
