For vegan there is no much options, no dairy or any animal products. I might do just low carb for that 2 weeks and I know it would be hard to hit the protein macros without going over in carbs
I'm thinking of fava beans, broccoli, salad, mushrooms, coconut cream, coconut oil, almonds, walnuts. Maybe chia seed and flaxseed and textured soy protein. If I can find soy beans would be awesome as it has high protein and low carb!!
I should be doing CN today but I'm not back to the weight before my first carb night. I'm not sure if it's because I overeated or because of weight lifting. Still I'm losing some while I'm lifting so I don't think it's the issue.
I'm lost and need your help with this, should I do CN today or wait a day or two. Also Should I lift same day or DACN!!
