Talking oh, baby, it burns!

Hi everyone, new to this part of the forums

Tomorrow will be 1 week on LC, and all is going well. down nearly 13lbs in 6 days!

STBDH (Soon to be Dear Husband) & I started going to the gym last night.

5 flights of stairs on the stairmaster at medium difficulty, 5.5 miles (15 minutes) on the stationary bike at "hills" setting. then went in the pool and did 8 or so laps in the pool to cool down.

I know it's not much, but I'm pretty proud of myself, seeing as how I don't think I've ever REALLY worked out at the gym before.

Hope to meet some of you new sweatin' folks.

Be well everyone :>

Been doing this same routine 3-4 times a week. Upped my biking from 5 to 15-20 miles, though. I can't personal see any changes, but I don't measure, I go by how I feel & how things fit - but I must say, I feel great and things are falling off

Be careful, keep that up and you'll blow right through that reasonable goal of yours
