Half a cup of mild pepporocino chopped
Half a pound hard salami sliced thick and diced
Half a pound of Krakus ham sliced thick and diced
Half a pound of Provolone sliced thick and diced
1/4 pound of Kalamata Olives chopped

Mmmm .. this sounds wonderful. A definite make-ahead, so the flavours can develop and intensify as it sits there I'm going to make a batch of this today ... don't have any provolone cheese, but I do have a ball of fresh mozzarella, which should work too.
