Default Amelia's Dressing (it's yummy)

I got this salad dressing recipe from a friend of mine. I haven't figured out the carbs, I would guess it would be between 2-5 carbs per serving depending on how much tahini & lemon juice you use. If you've got a cuisenart it is really quick.
I don't have exact measurements, but it doesn't matter, each time you make it, it tastes slightly different than the last, but always good. Plus if at the end if its too thick you can always add more lemon juice, water or whatever.

~Amelia's Dressing~

mince garlic (2cloves), fresh ginger root(1 Tab), fresh tumeric root (1 teaspoon / wholefoods has or can find it in an asian market)

mix separately somewhere between 1/4cup to 1/2 cup of tahini with water (mix with fork/ I would guess somewhere around 1/4 cup, you can play with it) then add olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar(whatever kind you like, balsamic can be good) a little tamari (maybe a tablespoon or two)

pour in this mixture with the minced garlic, ginger, tumeric. taste, add other seasonings if you want.

you can store it in the fridge for a couple of weeks.
enjoy
