I am finding that they really fill me up, can be prepared in so many ways, added to things, eaten on their own - I'm having a love affair with eggs and I'm wondering if three or four eggs a day is too many.
I sometimes eat a dozen in one day! I try no to eat soo many but they are so good. You can build allergies to eggs if you eat too many like I do, so that is why I try to go every other day or every two or three days when eating them. Plus, they make me break out sometimes when I eat too many of them, DUH, a dozen in one day I know.
It's been said that eggs are the perfect food. I don't think you can eat too many in a day......they are also very cheap. Wish I could eat more of them.

I don't think you can end up eating too many eggs, although, I would not make it a regular habit to eat a dozen in a day (I would be concerned with the calories and carbs adding up). Three or four a day sound fine. I love eggs too!
Prior to this WOE I would never eat more tha 3-4 eggs a week, most often only 2-3, but I now eat 2, sometimes 3 eggs a day.
I just got all my blood work done after being on Atkins for 4 months, and my Cholesterol count is down
So I guess eggs have been getting a bad wrap
However, 12 a day may be pushing it
