Default Delicious and Fast Banana Nut Waffles

This weekend we decided to try the Atkin's Banana Nut Muffin mix for Belgian Waffles. They surpassed our wildest expectations! The waffles were delicious, light, and crisp. The entire family agreed they were superior to the Atkin's pancake and waffle mix.

Batter was made by the directions on the package and then thinned with 2% Hood reduced-carb milk. Water should work nearly as well. We only made two waffles and used the remaining un-thinned batter for muffins. About 1/4 cup of milk was added to the waffle batter for two waffles.
