Default Can you have eggs on the meat fast?

Hi everyone....
I have just started induction again because I was eating way too much lc candy and junk. I really want to get back to the basics....I am suffering from major "carb creep" and I was wondering about the meat fast. I saw someone post that they lost 7 pounds doing it in just a few days and got back into ketosis after only 2 days, but can you have eggs? Also, is it just what it sounds like....meat, meat, and more meat?

Any info would be great! Thanks in advance...
Jenn

if you'd stick to induction, it would be back to basics. give it a chance. you're only 3 lbs from goal, so you should be working on maintenance or it will be hard for you once you reach goal

I agree with Raleigh. What's your CCL? YOu could go to just below that to lose 1/2 lb a week as advised in DANDR, then you'll be all ready for maintenance in just a few weeks.
