I baked some earlier in the shape of burger buns and just had a cheese burger & veg.

They were really good although I've noticed that my stomach has skrunk as I only got through 1/2 of my dinner and am stuffed now!

I'll be happy when somebody comes up with a low carb, dairy free, soy free roll.

Until then, I'm out of the loop.

Sorry! I didn't see this thread until now. Oopsies are Revolution Rolls that I screwed up. The result, in my opinion, are much more savory rolls that stand up to a lot of different uses.

They're versatile, and they seem to be pretty popular for their MacGuyver like tendencies to be anything you want them to be, from shortcake medium, to cream puffs, the oopsie batter used for waffles and cakes and pizza crusts.

If you want an idea of the many versions of oopsies and uses, click my link in my signature line and then check the right hand side for recipes using "oopsie" as an indicator that they're an offshoot of the regular recipe.

Still, their original purpose was to house hamburgers. I'm a starch girl, and I need my bread.
