Plus, many of the them protein powers are nasty for the health. Anything that doesn't grow in nature should not go in your body. It's that simple!

youll be fine as far as strength goes yea youll lose some strength but you lose strength whenever cutting. just keep your fats/protein up and you can eat carbs just not too much just experiment and try to find out what your carb limit is for your body on my heavy days im able to get away with 80-100grams and still be in ketosis

I lift 2 regularly and have a protein shake daily with greek yogurt and Super Green. I call it the perfect shake! I also eat meats so get lots of protein! I want plenty so my body won't consume any of the lean muscle mass I work so hard for! I've been told my body sculpting experts to drink tons of water and eat lots of veggies! Helps process hard to digest proteins. After the initial mega loss from reducing the carb bloat ,things slow but if you continue to workout hard results are on their way!

i avg 75g of carbs a day and i have to carb load before heavy resistance training as I am as weak as a kitten otherwise, even then i am still very weak, but fat loss has to come first atm

i add dextrose to my pre and post workouts and train much better for it, in a 4 month period i put on 4lbs of muscle according to a bodpod

i am back in ketosis the next day on my cardio session (acetone breath)

i use protein shakes as i train first thing in the morning (too knackered on low carb in the evening to do it) and meat makes me puke first thing and i am allergic to eggs

i dont carb load before my 5k cardio session but i know that knocks a good 5 minutes of my time
