Thank you thank you for joining me in the excitement! I just realized for the first time in my life (well.... as long as new years committments became real) I won't put weightloss on there! AT ALL!
Freya AZ ~ thank you!! I wish I could post more, but alot of the "drama" posts that I see really keep me away. (I hate seeing newbies get torn apart.) In my siggy though, is a link to my blog, and I blog daily, if not a few times a day LOL!
absinthian ~ I honestly eat VLC, because that is where I don't have cravings. I've tried to move up into premaintenance and all that happens is I crave crave crave, and I have discovered MANY food intolerances. So, I eat VLC all month with the exception of 2 "free" days where I eat anything I want for that day. Each free day is 2 weeks apart from the prior one. It is what works for me, and has helped me keep the weight off, as well as lose those last few stubborn pounds.
