Carb value of Chocolate extract???

I'm trying to create a recipe of low carb chocolate ice cream. I need to know, what is the carb value of pure chocolate extract (William Sonoma's Star Key White)?

The ingredients are just water, alcool, and pure chocolate extract.

Have you looked up extract(s) in the online Carb Counter here? See the quick link over to the right....

It's going to be spread out over a lot of servings, too. A few teaspoons over a quart or so, at a guess?
